Stouder Lodged for Dealing Controlled Substances and Marijuana Posted on December 26, 2019 by Jail Records On December 21, 2019 at approximately 1:30 AM, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Bennett conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of US 30 and Hawthorn Road. The driver was identified as 34 year old Cheyne Stouder of Bourbon, Indiana. During the traffic stop suspected marijuana, illegal psilocybin mushrooms, controlled substances, and drug equipment were located in the vehicle and on Cheyne’s person. Cheyne was transported to the Marshall County Jail. While inside the jail, suspected LSD was located on Cheyne’s person during a strip search. Cheyne was booked for the following offenses.I. Dealing a Schedule 1, 2, or 3 Controlled Substance greater than 28 grams – Level 2 FelonyII. Dealing in Marijuana Greater than 30 grams, but less than 10 pounds – Level 6 FelonyIII. Possession of a Controlled Substance – Class A MisdemeanorIV. Kozikowski Arrested for Methamphetamine Posted on December 26, 2019 by Jail Records On 12-20-2019, officers working patrol in the area of US 31 and 12th Road observed a vehicle traveling southbound exceeding the speed limit. Officer J. Gorny initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 31 south and 18th Road on a 2001 Ford Escort. During the investigation is was discovered the driver was in possession of Methamphetamine. The driver (Kozikowski, Stephan) was arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe. Stephan was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on the above stated charges. Dockery Arrested for Possession of Stolen Vehicle Posted on December 19, 2019 by Jail Records Date / Time: Monday December 16th, 2019 @ 9:54 P.M. Crime: Theft / Reckless Driving Offender: Jeremiah D. Dockery age 19 South Bend, IN Narrative: At the above date and time Sgt. Nicholas Laffoon of Marshall County Police Department observed a vehicle traveling at a very high rate of speed, which was then clocked at 106 mph. After catching up to the vehicle a traffic stop was performed on U.S. 31 south of 12th Rd. During the traffic stop it was found that the offender, Jeremiah D. Dockery, had been operating the vehicle during this incident. Further investigation at the scene also determined that the vehicle was reported as stolen from St. Joseph County. The offender was detained at the scene and was later lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Theft and Reckless Driving. Whaley Lodged for Domestic Battery In Presence of a Child Posted on December 19, 2019 by Jail Records On Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 at approximately 11:08 AM Marshall County Officers along with Argos PD Officers responded to 14725 Juniper Road for a domestic disturbance. After an investigation it was determined that Travis Whaley had battered his significant other in the presence of their child. Travis was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery in the presence of a minor, a level 6 felony. Travis was given a cash bond of $1,500.00. Marshall County Officers were assisted by Argos PD.
