of a white box truck traveling all over the roadway in the northbound lanes of US 31 in
the area of 9A Road. Officer Bennett located the vehicle on US 31 near Veteran`s Parkway
and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as 30 year old Jon A. Ziolkowski
of South Bend, IN. Drugs including marijuana, and an unknown substance, along with drug
paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Jon was found to be under the influence of
drugs and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test. Following the certified
chemical test, Jon was lodged into the county jail for Operating a Vehicle While
Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Possession of Marijuana, and Operating a Vehicle
Without Ever Receiving a License.

cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only
probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent
