On Sunday September 22, 2019 at approximately 10:05 A.M. the Marshall County Sheriff`s
Department received a report of a physical domestic disturbance in the 8000-blk of Dart
St. in Bremen. The incident was reportedly between a male and female with the male
leaving the residence. The male was located and identified as Jacquese A. Love of South
Bend. After investigating the incident, Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputies arrested
Jacquese and he was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery – Physical
Presence of a Child less than 16 Y.O.A. and Driving While Suspended – Prior.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable
cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only
probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent
throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to
a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable
doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
